What makes your leather footwear special? 

Each pair is made by hand in Morocco. We scour the souks for high-quality, small-batch leather and work with artisans. Whether it's because of the leather, the artisan, his or her craft, no two pairs of shoes are ever the same. Your Slides are uniquely yours.

Where can I try them on?

The Slides are currently only available online. Individual arrangements can be made if you're in Hong Kong. Please email us at hello@thelei.co.

What is the best way to make sure mine fit perfectly?

Our footwear fit true to size. If you're in between sizes, or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up. The best way to ensure your show fits is to measure your foot and check the respective size charts.  

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped out within two business days. For domestic Hong Kong orders, you can expect your package to arrive in 4 days. For international orders, please allow 10 - 14 days. 

Why are you able to offer free shipping worldwide? 

Nobody likes paying for shipping, but at the end of the day, somebody has to bear this cost. We've done our research to find the most efficient and least expensive way to ship our products, whether it's choosing the right city to ship it from, the courier, or the way we package our products. Depending on your location, standard shipping costs between US$10 - $15. We've absorbed this cost to streamline your experience.   

Where do you currently ship to?

We ship worldwide. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for a list of countries we ship to.  

Where is your company based? 

Everywhere. We move around every few months in search of inspiration, to work on new designs and curate new products. Our products are currently shipped out of Hong Kong.
