We currently offer free shipping worldwide.

Hong Kong (2 - 4 business days, tracked)
International (10 - 14 business days, tracked)

Lost/Damaged Items: We are not responsible for any items that have been damaged in transit or lost/stolen.

Duties and Taxes: The customer is always responsible for additional duties and taxes owed upon receipt of delivery. 

Exchange Policy

Size matters. We try our best to help you find your best fit, but in the case that you need another size or prefer another colour, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll assist you right away. 

To request an exchange: 

  1. Please email us at hello@thelei.co with subject line [Order#- Exchange Request], listing the reasons behind your exchange and what size/color you need. 
  2. We will provide an address for the exchange shipment. 
  3. The return shipment must come with tracking. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items in transit. 
  4. You will be responsible for the cost of return and our new shipment back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We get it. Sometimes things don't work out. All unworn items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for refund within 30 days after receipt of delivery.

To request a return: 

  1. Please email us at hello@thelei.co with subject line [Order#- Return Request], listing the reasons behind your return. 
  2. We will provide an address for the return shipment. 
  3. The return shipment must come with tracking. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items in transit. 
  4. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  5. Your refund will be processed in the original method of payment.
